Be Our Education Partner
Our newest education program targets high school and college students interested in careers as educators or theater artists. Our goal is to introduce the marriage of theatre for young audiences and children’s literature as vibrant, innovative and rewarding concepts for their own career paths.
Internships and Mentorships are available year-round in administration, production and education. Submit your resume and area of interest to
ehalpern@makingbookssing.org.
Productions of Making Books Sing musicals, at the secondary and collegiate levels, go far beyond licensing or access to our creative teams. For each educational institution, Making Books Sing will tailor a program that connects their aspiring artists and educators with each other and professionals in both fields who are committed to theatre as an education tool. By building these bridges early, a new generation of artists and educators can learn about each other’s fields, and each of their roles in passing along the power of theater-in-education to children.
