Great for Museums, Galleries, Multi-Art Centers, or anywhere beautiful art is displayed!

Staged in actual museums and galleries, Museum Trip is a unique theatrical experience for emergent readers and theatre goers. In this production, young audiences join Ryan, the book’s main character, on his first field trip to a seum. When Ryan gets separated from his school group, his imagination pulls him into a work of art, where he has fantastic adventures!

After the show, Making Books Sing artists engage kids in a theatre-making workshop, in which they act out the art hanging on the museum walls!

Throughout the 30-minute performance and 45-minute workshop, toe-tapping live music and the slapstick fun of physical theatre turn art inside out for kids and grown-ups.

Museum Trip was originally commissioned by Making Books Sing.
