- Everyone entering the Theatre must have a paid reservation, including all teachers and chaperones.
- Tickets are not issued for school groups. Seating for the exact number of paid reservations is assigned to each school group, and head count is conducted as you enter the theatre.
- Complimentary tickets are not available for teachers, chaperones or young children.
- Reservations may be made via email, Making Books Sing’s website or phone
- Online submission of the school or group order form, an email or a phone call does not guarantee your order. You will be contacted within one business day of your request to confirm your reservation. A ticket contract will then be sent to you, outlining the Ticket Policies and details of your reservation. Please read a Sample Contract.
- Please review the policy and reservation details carefully and alert us of any errors immediately.
- Ticket reservations are not confirmed until payment is guaranteed by credit card, purchase order or the receipt of a check-in-full. Under all circumstances, payment must be guaranteed six weeks prior to your scheduled performance.
- You order can be cancelled up until six (6) weeks prior to the date of your performance without penalty.
- You may change your number of tickets up to six (6) weeks prior to your scheduled performance. No tickets may be dropped after this date. Tickets may be added if space is available and payment is made by credit card.
- If the date six (6) weeks prior to your scheduled performance falls on or near a holiday for your school, you are still responsible for confirming the final number of tickets by this date.
- After six (6) weeks, no refunds are given for unused tickets. All sales are final.
- If a show is sold out, you may request to be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
- Making Books Sing carefully selects our performance venues to ensure all audience members have excellent site lines and full view of the stage. We reserve the right to give priority seating to Making Books Sing educational partners and younger children.
